RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is $9.99 flat rate. This fee will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the item(s) back to us.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on any returned items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), tabletop and home decor (unless damage caused by shipping or wrong item was received). Please have a proof to provide. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us on our Contact Page with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the $9.99 return flat fee.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you prefer.
