  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, shipping delays, or external factors.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


4. Shipping Destinations

Peza.shop ships to United States unless otherwise stated at checkout. If your region is not supported, you will be unable to complete checkout.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Peza.shop is not responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Delays caused by customs

All charges imposed after shipment (such as taxes or customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Peza.shop is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address information

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipment fees.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors

  2. Contact the carrier

Peza.shop is not responsible for packages once marked as delivered, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


8. Damaged Items During Shipping

If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue.
